My Approach
At the heart of my work is the belief that the therapeutic relationship matters most. Feeling safe, understood, and respected creates the foundation for meaningful therapy, and that’s something I prioritize in every session.
I work with people navigating infertility, pregnancy, postpartum, pregnancy and infant loss, and the emotional highs and lows that can accompany early parenthood.
This stage of life can be incredibly beautiful and incredibly heavy - and you don't have to move through it on your own.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, weighed down by shame or guilt, or struggling with changes in your body, identity, or relationships as you move through fertility, pregnancy, or early parenthood, you’re in the right place.
As a Mom of three, my own journey to and through parenthood shapes the way I show up in my work. I bring a real and human approach to therapy - less clinical and more, "let's figure this out together." My goal is for you to feel held in whatever chapter you are in.
My approach is flexible and tailored to each person's needs and goals. I draw from a range of therapeutic frameworks, including solution-focused, strength-based, narrative, family systems, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based approaches, integrating them in a way that fits you rather than following a one-size-fits-all model.
I love working with those who are on the path to growing their family - whether you are thinking about conceiving, or already in the thick of parenthood. I work best with those who value honesty, warmth and human connection and who are looking for support from someone who understands the emotional and practical realities of the perinatal journey.
I offer online psychotherapy to anyone residing in Ontario. If working together feels like a good fit, I would love to support you through this phase of life.

When I'm not in session
When I'm not drowning in the never ending piles of laundry, you can find me playing dress up with my two daughters, snuggling with my son, or walking my dog in the nearby Conservation area. I've found joy in cooking and spending time in the kitchen, since somebody always needs a snack!
My guilty pleasure is watching the Real Housewives. I grew up spending my summers on Lake Huron and am happiest at the beach.
